XAIR Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and approval

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account and payment information, and use lawful promotional methods. Registration is free. XAIR may approve, reject, suspend or close an account that contains false information, violates these Terms or may harm customers or the XAIR brand.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates earn a fixed 10% commission on the net eligible product value of qualifying orders. Commission excludes shipping, taxes, discounts, service charges, cancelled orders, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions and other amounts not finally received by XAIR.

3. Referral tracking

Valid referrals are normally tracked for 30 days after a customer clicks an affiliate link. Tracking may not work if cookies are blocked or deleted, the customer changes device or browser, another affiliate link is clicked, the link is modified, or the order is completed after the tracking period. Commission is payable only where the referral is recorded and verified by the affiliate platform.

4. Qualifying orders

An order qualifies only when it is placed through a valid referral, payment is received, the transaction is genuine, the order is fulfilled and the applicable return or refund period has ended. Pending commissions may be adjusted or reversed for cancellations, refunds, returns or fraud.

5. Payouts

The minimum payout is ₹500. Approved payouts are processed monthly through UPI or bank transfer after order verification and the applicable return/refund period. Balances below ₹500 carry forward. Affiliates must provide correct payment details. Applicable taxes, withholding or statutory deductions may be applied as required by law.

6. Self-referrals

Affiliates may not use their own links, connected accounts or artificial transactions to generate commission. Commission from self-purchases, fake orders or manipulated referrals may be rejected or recovered.

7. Permitted promotion and disclosure

Affiliates may promote XAIR through genuine social-media content, blogs, websites, videos, educational content, consent-based email and respectful direct recommendations. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with XAIR, for example: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this affiliate link."

8. Prohibited conduct

• False, misleading or unsubstantiated product claims.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or deceptive advertising.
• Fake clicks, orders, accounts, referrals or cookie stuffing.
• Impersonating XAIR or presenting an affiliate account as an official XAIR account.
• Using XAIR trademarks in a domain, username or paid search campaign without written permission.
• Publishing unauthorized coupon codes, cashback offers or incentives.
• Promoting illegal, harmful, discriminatory or inappropriate content.

9. Brand assets

Approved affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use authorized XAIR links, product images and promotional material only for promoting XAIR. Brand materials must not be altered in a misleading way and must be removed when requested.

10. Product information and customer service

Prices, availability, discounts, shipping and product information may change. Customers should be directed to the official XAIR website for current information. Affiliates must not collect customer payments or promise delivery dates on behalf of XAIR. Orders and customer support are handled according to XAIR's published store policies.

11. Independent relationship

Affiliates are independent participants. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, partnership or joint venture. XAIR does not guarantee any level of traffic, sales or earnings.

12. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation. XAIR may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, spam, misleading promotion, brand misuse, customer complaints or policy violations. Valid approved commission may be paid under the normal payout rules; commission connected to prohibited activity may be withheld or cancelled.

13. Changes

XAIR may update commission rates, tracking duration, payout rules, eligible products or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the affiliate portal, registered email or another reasonable method. Continued participation after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
