Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unusedundamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is mandatory.
  • We accept returns only for damageddefective, or wrongly shipped products.
  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind are currently not supported.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at returns@xairbusiness.com with your order ID and photos of the product.
  2. Our team will verify and schedule a pickup if eligible.
  3. After the product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Cost for Returns:

  • If the return is due to a defect or wrong shipment, we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is initiated for any other reason (where accepted), the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
